Added network creation to the GCP terraform (previously required you to have a VPC, security, etc. Aligned the tfvars for AWS & GCP so they operate more or less the same, tweaked some ansible stuff to be cloud-agnostic.
Made the README more cloud-agnostic as well.
Azure remains untouched, and in an unknown state.
