Fixes compatibility with scripts that modify the description area such as 'Youtube Watch Page Fix', 'Local YouTube Downloader' and 'Youtube Proper Description', as described in issue #735.
Tested on desktop & mobile and it seems to be working all the same without those scripts, but let me know if you find anything misbehaving.
