3rd option for "Turn off Monitors"

My monitors would often go into standby, causing my GPU to recognize them as "disconnected" and just scatter my monitor layout or even turn the monitors back on
It would be really handy to include an alternate option that will turn the brightness all the way down, then just show a black overlay on all displays

This would work great with OLED monitors that don't support DDC/CI or have HDR on and is not supported by Twinkle Tray by default.
