Automatically remove multiple blank lines at end of file

It would be nice to automatically format a file like 

```clj
(ns my.namespace)

(whatever ...)


```

to 

```clj
(ns my.namespace)

(whatever ...)
```

(make sure the file ends in exactly one newline character)
