Visible Scratch Mark in Web Animation! See img attached #56

Hi,
Any reason this is happening? Please notice on the left side of the animation. it happens at all the icons at the bottom.
how may I stop it?
It only happens in the Web verision. Im using Chrome... everything else works fine.
