QEMU_EFI.fd and QEMU_VARS.fd missing for aarch64

Hi, in the latest tag edk2-stable202511

Build/ArmVirtQemu-AARCH64/RELEASE_GCC5/QEMU_EFI.fd and Build/ArmVirtQemu-AARCH64/RELEASE_GCC5/QEMU_VARS.fd seems to be no longer present in the builddir

Any idea why this happens and what change caused this?

It seems the entire FV/ subdir is missing in aarch64.
