RSS Feeds are invalid

• Description: Since, our goal is to link Python express blog with Planet instance of Python, we deployed ATOM feeds here. Planet Python expects that feeds of any blog should be warning free from this tool. Unfortunately, we are getting warnings while linting ATOM feeds generated by Python express blog.

• Goal: Python Express blog should generate warning free atom feeds observed by W3C Web feeds validator. We will not be able to apply until we are warning free from W3C validators. Reference for this roule
