Hosted Zone entries

Ability to leverage the cloud resource management to create/update Route53 (AWS) entries for the stacks and dns_alt_names.

This would work with Certificate Manager custom SSL certs for the domain as well.

@ody I guess there would be some logic needed for if it's just single primary then no LB... if replica it has a LB if using compilers the targets change but essentially it's a resource like the terraform doc examples... where pecdm provides the zone_id, name:

Can this leverage the #24 work or does this require additional changes as well?
