- In computing, config which is an abbreviation of configuration, usually refers to files used to configure the parameters and initial settings for some computer programs or applications, or technical settings probably end users should not know about.
- GUI panels used to adjust application behaviors are usually called "Settings" (设置), "Options" (选项) or "Preferences" (偏好设置).
