[nice to have] Add zip file browsing/manipulation plugin

Current built-in vim.zip plugin is really outdated and I couldn't find any alternative to browsing and manipulating insides of a zip file.
So would be nice to have a little plugin for that.

This sounds interesting, although not sure how doable. If anything, it could be part of 'mini.files', but seems to be rather tricky.

I'll think about this, but my initial reaction is that this is "not soon to be done" kind of case (at best).

And if the scope is too big, it can also be mini.zip with an extension for mini.files.
