Is it possible to render notebooks at full width?

I noticed that marimo by default sets a max width of --content-width-medium: 1110px; this is somewhat limiting the utility of a large monitor. When I disable the variable notebooks are rendered properly at full width. Is it possible to (a) disable the max width through the UI and (b) persist the setting?

In case you wonder why: I created custom visualization heavy anywidgets and 1110px is just too narrow.
