Add hover window controls to Titles and App Icons modes #4849

When using the "Titles" or "App Icons" appearance modes, the quick window controls (close, minimize, maximize) that appear on hover in "Thumbnails" mode are not available. This means I miss out on the convenience of quick window management when using my preferred appearance style.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add the same hover controls (close, minimize, maximize buttons) to the "Titles" and "App Icons" appearance modes that are currently available in "Thumbnails" mode. This would provide consistent window management functionality across all three appearance styles.
