Support a "No JSON" storage format for Cassandra

All fields will have to be realized. JSON removed. We probably want to support both this and the JSON format, e.g., as separate back ends. Your going to need to use user-defined types, sets, lists, and frozen collections here. This is a prerequisite for in place operations like `updateByKeyVal` in Cassandra.
