Manifest hidden when writing to SMB share.

When saving a manifest in MunkiAdmin, it is marked as hidden.
I am not sure this is a MunkiAdmin bug but it would be very helpful if it didn't act in a way that causes windows file servers to hide manifests.
I have been able to reproduce the last reliably when just adding or removing a catalog to a manifest.

MunkiAdmin: 1.8.1
macOS: 14.7.2
Repo Location: Remote Repo hosted on Windows Server via SMB.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Repo.
2. Open machine manifest.
3. Assign additional catalog to machine.
4. Save Repo.

File is now marked as hidden on SMB share.

1. Reload the Repo and manifest disappears because file is now hidden.
   ls {Repo}/manifests lists file but it is not visible in Finder

2. Remove Hidden attribute from file using Windows Explorer
   File is again visible
