Sometimes part of GUI is not shown #214
Description
When MA been running for a while (have no idea about timeframe) sometimes parts of the GUI is no longer shown. MA 1.8.1, macOS 13.6.1 (but earlier as well), 2018 Intel Mac Mini. This makes it impossible to (for instance) change back to the "All Packages" view from "Recently Modified"
