On a Mac, after connecting to two VPNs, how can Hiddify be compatible with both VPNs simultaneously?

Due to work requirements, I need to use EasyConnect to connect to the company's VPN. However, I also need to access the external internet, so I use Hiddify to log into an external VPN for that purpose. The current situation is that these two pieces of software cannot be opened at the same time, with the following specifics:

• When both software are opened simultaneously, the network prioritizes Hiddify. I can access the external internet, but cannot access the company network.

• When Hiddify is closed and EasyConnect is opened, I can access the company network.

How can I make them coexist, allowing me to access both the company network and the external internet?
