devcontainer changes in codespaces

Regarding developer documentation support, in this section:

Issue:

The first time, within codespaces, doing a `git push` under "Interacting with the repository", might result in
"This repository is configured for Git LFS but 'git-lfs' was not found on your path"

(something to add into the documentation?)
