Validate - iRules from v15 or lower that might not be compatible to v16+

A customer mentioned issues they have seen in the past doing upgrades where they had iRules that were incompatible to v16+ created and working in v15 and lower.

Need to find/validate if this would cause issues, IIR they were talking about logging within the irule that caused traffic not to flow correctly.
