component/Perturbations colors across Epithelia #2
Description
It would be great if a color associated to a component/perturbation could be propagated in all epithelia sharing the same model. It could be set as a preference where all components/perturbations always have the same color for all epithelia. Otherwise, the user is free to choose different colors for different epithelia.
Also, as a default feature, whenever a new perturbation is created, if there is an epithelium with that same perturbation, the initial color could be the same of the previously created perturbation, instead of random (Possible issue with multiple epitheliums with the same perturbation with different colors).
