All Tabs to single-Markdown-file & clipboard.

I am not going to ask you to implement this because I already have a script doing that (bash script), but if you find it useful, for you (I think) would be very easy since you already implemented all the pieces.

You have:

• Tab to Markdown file/clipboard
• Tabs to Markdown files

Going a bit further:

• Tabs merged to a single Markdown file/clipboard.

And since you have so nice 'configuration section', you could allow:

[on/off] create file AND put on clipboard

Just an idea.
