Math `riemProj` name is not accurate

Damian mentioned offline that the C function cproj (which our riemProj function is built using) has recently changed its definition. The description for the change states that the Riemann sphere is a mathematically related topic but that it is not the subject of the cproj functions. The new description removes references to the Riemann sphere and Damian says it's been approved for C26. The functions' behavior is unchanged.

I don't know that our version of the function is heavily used, but the name no longer having a clear connection to the C function on which it relies is probably something we should address. We should also make sure the documentation is similarly updated to be in line with the implementation.

Given that this is an issue only with C23 and we pin all runtime compilations to C11 (technically GNU11), I don't think we need to (or should) take any action until we start using C23.

To be clear, C is not changing the name of their function, nor its implementation. From their perspective, this is purely a documentation clarification, so it's not really tied to any particular compiler version.

It is not that Damian says it's been approved for C26 but rather that the relatively recently approved document containing the revised wording now appears on the website of the international standardization working group for the programming language C, i.e. ISO/IEC JTC1/SC22/WG14. Damian is not anywhere in the approval loop. I am a nobody - I just noted the wording in a document now on WG14's website.
