Typo in Traditional Chinese Translation

Describe the problem

In the Traditional Chinese translation of the IDE, there is a typo in the board selection menu. When no board is selected, the menu should show "選擇開發板" instead of "選擇開發版". Though it doesn't affect the function, it may appear unprofessional.

To reproduce

1. Go to Preference and change the language to Traditional Chinese.
2. Unplug all boards and create a new sketch.
3. Look at the white selection box and see the typo.

Expected behavior

When no board is selected, the menu should show "選擇開發板" instead of "選擇開發版".
