Add the ability to use local album art for Discord RPC

I have tracks which are too obscure to have covers available on the service that Tauon currently pulls album art from.

Would like to have a way to either switch Tauon to uploading album art to image hosting services internally or using an external uploader like foobar2000's discord rich presence component
