`Unable to load extension: No module named 'jinja2_time'` when attempting to use latest cookiecutter

With a fresh install of cookiecutter, attempting to use this template gives an error on both Linux and Mac:
Unable to load extension: No module named 'jinja2_time'

On Mac:

Are there extra steps I need to take beyond installing cookiecutter to be able to use this template?

Ha! Clearly you have found a hole in the testing apparatus for my tool 😆

I usually have the extension library already installed, so I missed the step where I normally add the check and in-situ instructions to the pre-generate hook. That would have been when I add it to the docs as well. I suspect that is the only missing python package that needs to be in the same install environment as the cookiecutter executable, but I'll check on that too.

The template configuration file suggests that jinja_time is the only extension that would require a separate install step:
