Fixing broken ruff checks

Ruff checks are giving me errors . like about 500 and some of them are regarding about * imports when i asked in community in discord they told that using * imports is not a problem so i am just confirming if it is ok or not if it is ok we need to add

ignore = ["F403"]

in pyproject.toml

discord.py uses __all__ properly, and the star imports are intentional, so it's all good here.
