Should the lock options be moved into the document property view?

Currently the lock system is an icon on the toolbar. If they won't be used it adds unnecessary space on the toolbar.
Should I move the lock options inside the document property view which is accessible by clicking on the wrench icon? It will be a new tab called "Lock" which includes the previous menu items.

I would like the option customizable, but if it might result in extra bugs then I prefer not adding any feature, instead postpone it to 2.5.0, 2.4.1 should be a bug fix update.

Yeah this was planned for 2.5.0
