Feature Request - Add Folder Thumbnailing support for extracted PS3 disc images

Given that rpcs3 requires disc images to be extracted for the emulator to be able to use them, I'm honestly surprised that its taken me this long to ask for this 

ICON/PICs are in imageroot:\PS3_GAME. PARAM.SFO is in there as well, should you need it for anything.
