This has been bothering me enough that I'm currently in the process of writing a daemon, ctl, and dylib to inject into all running applications to force hide the dock and menu bar. |

I have a Sketchybar config, which is as of current a very lightly modified copy of that of @FelixKratz. My apologies if the mention was unecessary/annoying, I'm sure you're busy. I've hidden the default menu bar with yabai, and the custom app menu/space switcher works great at first glance. However as soon as I move the mouse horizontally it displays the dropdown that the default MacOS menu bar would have in that position.
Before moving the mouse

After moving the mouse a tiny bit

Is there any way to completely disable the stock menu bar dropdowns, or possibly intercept mouse events to the default menu bar? I'm okay with a hacky solution which exists outside of SketchyBar, but this just seems like a deal-breaker for me otherwise.
Thank you in advance!
