[Bug] App randomly makes a ghost touch

Describe the bug related to NOBORU app
Sometimes the app randomly adds a ghost touch, making it impossible to navigate with the touchscreen

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Unfortunately, it's mostly random, so pretty hard to reproduce

Expected behavior
No entries except touchscreen entries should be taken into account

Additional context
Might be related to how the app interprets simultaneous inputs (to pinch to zoom for example)
Pressing on the ghost touch makes it dissapear
System is PSVita PCH-1004 non-3G with henkaku Enso 3.65
