Unable to unselect option #1360
Description
Hello,
I am unable to unselect a selected option in a multiple select by clicking on it in a dropdown after upgrading from 9.x to 11.1.0 (latest) version. Before the choice event was fired when an option was clicked both in selected and unselected state.
