ZMK Configuration for "Dongled" Redox Keyboard

Slightly modified version of plain Redox configuration, which generates 4 firmware files:

• redox_left - now its "perepheral"
• redox_right - unmodified
• redox_dongle - "central", third MCU
• reset - unmodified
